Two Principles of Natural Justice
1. Audi Alterem Partem means when one party makes a complaint against another, hear the other side also
2. Nemo Judex Causa Sua
Means no man can be a Judge in his own cause
In case of Justice Karnan all the Judges against whom allegations of corruption were made instead of constituting an independent bench they themselves became the Judges in their own cause and illegally sentenced him to six years imprisonment
